The Company is committed to driving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by leveraging its Corporate Social Responsibility program to achieve GRI and SASB standards for sustainable growth. Geodrill believes that responsible investment relates to the environmental and social impact of its activities, and the manner in which the Company conducts its business.

In pursuit of these goals, Geodrill is committed to developing a strong ESG Framework.

Environmental
Geodrill strongly supports the protection of the environment. The Company’s offices and work sites operate at international best practice standards to minimize the impact on the environment.

Key areas for consideration are:

  • Factors contributing to climate change
  • Efficient energy consumption
  • Responsible recycling of waste, and disposal of hazardous waste
  • Sustainability of resources
  • Proper care for flora and fauna
  • Conservation of wildlife

Social Impact
Geodrill is committed to being socially responsible particularly within the communities in which it operates and with those in most need of support. Management believes that this core value embraced by the Geodrill’s corporate culture benefits not only our surrounding communities and their environment as a whole but the Company and its employees as well.Geodrill’s social impact focuses strongly on the communities we work in, by supporting orphanages, schools and shelters and transferring expertise and knowledge to empower local employees, and by reducing its reliance in imports.

Corporate Governance
Our governance initiatives including our code of conduct and ethics policy, whistleblower policy, bribery and diversity policy are developed by our board of directors and carried out by senior management throughout the organization so that all stakeholders understand the importance of governance.
